  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued in cases of dissatisfaction with our services, failure to complete the work as agreed, or billing errors on our part.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your invoice number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
  • Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed satisfactorily, services that were not requested or approved by the customer, or services that were canceled by the customer after work has commenced.
